Academic calendar

Course are organized according to a quarter (or trimestre) schedule and classes begin on September 28th 2009.

Each quarter includes 9 weeks of classes, followed by a period dedicated to final exams, called appello d'esame.

Quarter I
September 28th 2009 (Monday) -  December 4th 2009 (Friday).
Christmas holidays: Decembre 21st 2009 (Monday) - January 6th 2010 (Wednesday).

Quarter II
January 11th 2010 (Monday) - March 12th 2010 (Friday)

Quarter III
April 8th 2010 (Thursday) - June 11th 2010 (Friday)
Easter holidays: April 4th 2009 (Friday) - April 15th 2009 (Wednesday)

The following distribution of exam sessions refers to the Academic Year 2009/10 only. The calendar is designed to guarantee  that,  for each course, students may take exams in 4 different sessions along the year.
