Application procedure for incoming students

The enrolment in the University of Padua is managed by the University International Relations Office (Via VIII Febbraio, 2), which receives application forms and establishes the application deadlines for each semester.

All incoming students are requested to fill in an Application Form on line. They must print it out and have it signed and sealed by the academic authorities of their sending institution (Erasmus co-ordinator or International Office); a copy of the student’s Transcript of Records and Learning Agreement must be enclosed in attachment. 

The deadline for the first semester and full academic year is 15th July and for the second semester is 15th November.
